When does neurofeedback help?

Neurofeedback is used to help with concentration problems, ADHD, stress, anxiety disorders, sleep problems and migraines. The training is based on EEG measurements and aims to improve the brain’s self-regulation.

We use neurofeedback to support attention, emotion regulation and cognitive performance, particularly for ADHD and stress-related complaints, based on current studies.

Does neurofeedback help with ADHD / ASD?

Neurofeedback is often used to support ADHD, particularly in cases of difficulties with attention, impulse regulation and inner restlessness. The prerequisite is an individual neurophysiological assessment, for example using qEEG, in order to identify relevant patterns of brain activity.

Neurofeedback can be used as a supplement in autism spectrum disorders to support self-regulation, stimulus processing and emotional stability.

Does neurofeedback help with stress/anxiety?

Neurofeedback can be used to help with chronic stress, inner tension and anxiety disorders. The aim is to improve the regulation of arousal states in the brain and promote more stable stress management.

Based on a neurophysiological analysis, the training can be individually adapted to reduce overactive stress patterns and strengthen emotional balance.

Does neurofeedback help with depression / burnout?

Neurofeedback can also be used to treat depressive symptoms, states of exhaustion and burnout. The focus is on supporting activation, motivation and emotional stability through targeted training of brain regulation.

Individual diagnostics help to identify relevant activity patterns and adapt training accordingly.

Can you do neurofeedback at home?

Yes, you can exercise at home several times a week.

After 12-15 training sessions we can see whether you are responding to the training.

You learn to transfer the effect into everyday life.

You receive neuropsychological data on a regular basis.

How many sessions does neurofeedback take?

The number of neurofeedback sessions varies from person to person. The duration of neurofeedback training depends on factors such as symptoms, training goals and the results of neurophysiological diagnostics.

In practice, neurofeedback usually takes place in several phases. At the beginning there is an initial diagnostic phase with qEEG analysis and an introduction to the training. This is followed by a training phase with regular neurofeedback sessions to support changes in concentration, stress regulation or emotional stability. In a final phase, the stability is transferred to everyday life.

Many neurofeedback programs involve several months of repeated sessions, as lasting adjustments in neuroplasticity take time.

Why a qEEG?

What does neurofeedback cost?

CHF 525 / one-time fee

A qEEG is used for neurophysiological diagnostics and supports the planning of targeted neurofeedback training. Through the quantitative analysis of brain activity, individual patterns can be identified that may be associated with concentration problems, stress, sleep disorders or emotional complaints.

The qEEG enables objective progress monitoring and contributes to the personalized and evidence-based use of neurofeedback.

CHF 350.- / month

Therapeutic neurofeedback training with professional support to help with concentration problems, ADHD, stress, anxiety or sleep disorders. The training is based on neurophysiological data and is individually adapted.

The aim is to sustainably improve the brain’s self-regulation through regular training sessions over several months.

CHF 225.- / month

Peak-Performance Neurofeedback to promote concentration, mental performance and stress resistance in everyday life, work or sport. The training is aimed at people without a clinical diagnosis who want to improve their cognitive and emotional stability in a targeted manner.

The training takes place regularly and is based on an individual analysis of brain activity.

CHF 125.- / month

Additional account for family members or work colleagues when sharing the neurofeedback equipment. The account enables customized training based on personal neurophysiological baseline findings.

Suitable for households or teams who want to use neurofeedback in parallel.

Assessment

CHF 400 / one-off

Neurofeedback is suitable if statistically significant biomarkers are present. To find this out, we create a qualitativeelectroencephalogram(qEEG).
